Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed.

Because our pre-order items (including custom and reversible pieces) are produced specifically for you based on demand, manufacturing begins shortly after your order is submitted.

• Dispatch Time: Estimated production and dispatch takes 8-10 weeks (or as indicated on the specific product page).
• Updates: You will receive status updates via email throughout production and tracking once dispatched.
• Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will ship together when the pre-order is ready. If you need in-stock items delivered sooner, please contact [email protected] to request a split shipment.
